Looking to buy a used car or van? Contact Motoring Advice Hub, and we’ll conduct thorough background checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and hasn't been in any serious accidents. We will review past MOT reports and flag related concerns and assist you in reviewing the service history. We can provide you with a CAPHPI report that will verify if the vehicle has been financed, stolen, or written off, backed by an twelve-month indemnity to cover you for up to £30,000 for any wrong information contained in the report. We can also advise you on how best to pay for the vehicle in order to give you enhanced purchase protection. Our pre-purchase checks are designed to help you avoid stress and unexpected expenses down the road.

Intermediate support package

If you've encountered problems with your vehicle, we can guide you through the process of complaining to the dealer who sold the vehicle and obtaining redress -- whether that's repairs, refunds or the return or exchange of the vehicle. Our intermediate support package starts with a detailed consultation by phone or messaging/email exchange, including a step-by-step explanation of your rights under consumer laws and the process for exercising those rights. We'll help craft a strategy for engaging the dealer and obtaining a resolution of the issues, provide templates to use for correspondence and a follow-up call as needed.

Full support package

Our Full Support Package is your comprehensive solution. It's designed to provide you with detailed advice and hands-on assistance every step of the way. We'll work directly with you to assert your consumer rights, typically aiming first to have problems with your vehicle properly resolved, or, if necessary, secure a full refund. We will advise and assist in drafting all necessary correspondence with the dealer and provide dedicated follow-up, including crafting robust responses to any attempts by the dealer to avoid responsibility for the vehicle's faults.
