I'm Jonathan May. I have a more than three decades of experience in used vehicles sales and a passion for making sure that consumers get the service they deserve. I set up Motoring Advice Hub to share my motortrade expertise with people looking to buy a vehicle and to hold underhand car dealers to account when it all goes wrong.

PRE-PURCHASE CHECKS
We will run an MOT history check and an HPI check (to make sure the vehicle you're looking to buy isn't stolen, on finance, or written-off). We'll also advise you on how to check the vehicle's service history and how to pay to best protect yourself in the event of a problem after purchase.

INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT PACKAGE
Includes in-depth advice by phone, WhatsApp or email, including an explanation of the process for securing redress, templates to use in correspondence with the dealer and a follow-up call or message as needed.

Includes everything in the intermediate package but with additional personalised support every step of the way . We'll suggest a strategy for engaging your dealer and other service providers, help with correspondence and advise on a fair settlement figure.
