Motoring Advice Hub was a fantastic support giving me the confidence to push to reclaim the full cost of a used car I bought but decided to return after multiple faults were found in the first 2 weeks of ownership.
Jonathan explained the law and my rights as a consumer which I was then able to quote back at the garage who persistently tried to give me excuses and reasons why I couldn’t return the vehicle for a full refund. He also provided a pre prepared document I could put my details into to use in my communication which was very helpful.
This knowledge and documentation gave me the determination and confidence to remain steadfast in my position and ultimately meant I recovered the full amount I had paid for the vehicle originally.
Without this support, I would have ended up compromising and losing money.
